How do I obtain login credentials?

Login credentials are issued by Defyne Payments to approved merchants who have completed the applicable underwriting and approval process.

Can I process refunds?

Yes. Authorized users may issue refunds for eligible transactions.

Can I void transactions?

Yes. Transactions that have not yet settled may be voided when permitted by processor rules.

Does the app support Dark Mode?

Yes. Privvy Merchant supports both Light Mode and Dark Mode.

How does Text-to-Pay work?

Approved merchants may use Privvy Office to manually send secure transactional payment links by SMS to existing customers. Each payment link relates to a specific invoice or payment request and directs the customer to a secure hosted payment page.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Privvy Office allows approved merchants to manually send transactional SMS messages to their existing customers for payment-related purposes.

Messages may include invoice notifications, payment requests, payment reminders, secure Text-to-Pay links, payment confirmations, and payment receipts. Messages are not used for advertising, promotional messaging, or recurring marketing campaigns.

Customers provide their mobile phone number directly to the merchant during checkout, account setup, invoicing, service scheduling, or another business transaction, either in person or through the merchant’s website or online payment process. At the time of collection, the merchant informs the customer that the number may be used to send transactional SMS communications related to the customer’s invoice, payment, or account.

By providing a mobile phone number and agreeing to receive a transactional text message, the customer consents to receive SMS notifications from the applicable merchant concerning invoices, payment requests, payment reminders, secure payment links, confirmations, and receipts.

Message frequency varies depending on the customer’s transactions. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving future SMS messages from the sending number. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Access to Privvy Office is restricted to merchants who have completed Defyne Payments’ underwriting and approval process. Merchants are responsible for obtaining appropriate customer consent before sending transactional SMS messages.

SMS Privacy

Mobile phone numbers collected for Text-to-Pay and other transactional SMS communications are used solely to provide invoice notifications, payment requests, payment reminders, secure payment links, payment confirmations, and receipts.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be disclosed only to service providers that support the delivery, security, and operation of the requested transactional messaging service, or when required by law.
